Are your home fragrance products safe?

Yes — all our fragrances are carefully tested and certified safe. They are non-toxic, phthalate-free, and eco-conscious, so you can enjoy them with peace of mind.

Are your products safe to use at home?

We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.

Do your products contain alcohol?

Our Car Diffusers, Reed Diffusers, Crystal Domes, and Fragrance Oils are made with plant-based solvents and fragrance oils — they do not contain alcohol.

Only our Room Spray Series is formulated with Alcohol Denat. (Perfumers’ Alcohol) for optimal scent diffusion

Are your products safe for kids, pregnant women, and pets?

Our alcohol-free range is generally safe for use around kids and pregnant women and pets. If you are sensitive to scents, we recommend consulting your doctor before purchase.

Our Room Sprays contain alcohol but are safe for normal home use when sprayed into the air. Always use in a well-ventilated space, avoid direct contact with skin, pets, or food, and keep out of reach of children.

Where do you ship to?

 We currently ship to all states across Malaysia.

How long will my parcel take to arrive?

Once dispatched, delivery takes about 2–4 working days within West Malaysia and 7–10 working days for East Malaysia. Please note that delays may occur during weekends or public holidays.

Do you provide free shipping?

Yes, we provide free shipping within West Malaysia for purchases of RM78 and above.

For East Malaysia, due to the heavier weight of our items, free shipping is not available at the moment. Shipping charges are generally RM16 for parcels below 1kg.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery on weekdays within the Klang Valley area. For assistance, kindly DM us on Instagram @rokuscent

Where do you ship your products from?

All orders are shipped out from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has not yet been processed, please DM us on Instagram @rokuscent or email rokuscent@gmail.com with the subject line “Change Address” as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, we’re unable to make changes to the shipping address.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Yes, we do! Special bulk pricing is available for orders of 10 units or more. Kindly DM us on Instagram @rokuscent for assistance.

Can I make a walk-in purchase or pick up?

Unfortunately, we do not offer walk-in purchase or pick-up at our HQ. However, our product are available for purchase through our authorized stockist.

What is the shelf-life of your product?

Yes, we do! Special bulk pricing is available for orders of 10 units or more. Kindly DM us on Instagram @rokuscent for assistance.

Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

Since our products are handmade and freshly made, we recommend storing them in a cool, dry place if not in use to help extend their shelf life. The products typically last between 12 to 24 month.
