Refund policy


At ROKUSCENT, we put care into every product before it reaches you. Because our items are personal home and fragrance products, we have a few important guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Refund

Refunds are not available for:

• Used products (Car Diffusers, Room Sprays, Reed Diffusers, Fragrance Oils, Crystal Dome Sets)

• Purchases made due to change of mind

Return & Exchange

• A clear photo proof is required for all return or exchange requests.

• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

• To request a return or exchange, please email us at rokuscent@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram @rokuscent with the following details:

  • Full name
  • Order number
  • Recipient details
  • Brief reason for the return/exchange

Exchange/Replacement

• We only provide exchanges or replacements if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.

• Replacements will be issued with the same item or a similar item of equal value.

• Please notify us at Instagram @rokuscent or email us at rokuscent@gmail.com of any defects within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be processed.

What Cannot Be Returned

To ensure quality and hygiene, returns cannot be accepted if:

• More than 7 days have passed since delivery

• The item has been used, opened, altered, or damaged

• The purchase was made outside of ROKUSCENT’s official online store

• Items are sent back without first contacting our team

• The item was purchased as a sale or promotional item (non-refundable)

• The request is made simply due to a change of mind

Refund Processing Clause 

Any refunds processed shall be via the original payment method for easier tracking of money movement. Otherwise, customers may dispute for credit not processed, and the merchant shall be liable for any disputes received.
